Board View
The Board View provides a Kanban-style interface for managing comments across your project. Drag and drop comments between columns to update their status instantly.
Accessing the Board
- Navigate to your project in the dashboard
- Click Board in the sidebar menu
Board View is currently in beta and available to admin users.
Status Columns
Comments are organized into columns based on their status:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| To Do | New comments that need attention |
| In Progress | Actively being worked on |
| Review | Ready for review or approval |
| Rework | Needs changes based on feedback |
| On Hold | Paused, waiting for external input |
| Blocked | Cannot proceed due to a dependency |
| Done | Completed and resolved |
| Cancelled | No longer relevant |
You can customize which statuses appear in your board via Statuses settings.
Working with Cards
Viewing Comment Details
Click any card to open the detail slide-over panel where you can:
- View the full comment content and attachments
- Change status and priority
- See metadata (browser, page URL, timestamp)
- View and add replies
Drag and Drop
Drag a card from one column to another to instantly update its status. The change is saved automatically.
Card Information
Each card displays:
- Comment preview text
- Commenter name
- Priority indicator (if set)
- Attachment indicator (if files attached)
Filtering
The board shows all comments by default. Use the comment count in the header to see how many items are in your project.
