Account Settings
Open Account settings from the sidebar or from the avatar menu in the top right. It opens on Profile, and a small menu at the top switches between three pages:
| Page | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Profile | Your email, display name, role and sign-in password. |
| Preferences | Appearance, the default project view and early access to new features. |
| Workspace & region | The company name, storage usage and the home region your workspace runs in. |
Profile and Preferences are personal to you. Workspace & region belongs to the whole workspace.
Workspace settings
Workspace settings is visible in the sidebar, including while you are inside a project. It contains members, billing, branding, notification preferences, and MCP & AI connections. Membership, billing, and branding controls require a workspace admin; client accounts do not see workspace settings.
To connect an external AI tool or generate an API token, click the separate MCP item directly in the project sidebar or open MCP settings. Workspace owners authorize these connections.
In MCP settings, Connected apps shows hosted OAuth connections and lets you review their projects, permissions, and last use, or disconnect them. Local API tokens creates and revokes account-wide tokens for npm and REST clients. Hosted browser setup uses sign-in and project selection; you do not need to generate a local token for it. Follow the MCP setup guide and check hosted availability before connecting.

Workspace & region
Workspace details
- Company name is shown in the workspace header. Workspace admins can edit it.
- Created shows when the workspace was created.
Storage usage
The storage used by screenshots and attachments, measured against the allowance of your plan.
Workspace home
Every workspace runs in one home region, and its feedback, team and clients live there.
| Region | Location |
|---|---|
| Europe | Helsinki |
| United States | New York |
| Australia | Sydney |
- A new workspace is placed in the home nearest the country it signs up from. Accounts created from the WordPress plugin choose their home during signup.
- Everyone in the workspace can see the current home. Only the workspace owner can request a move.
- Links, projects, installed widgets and team access stay the same after a move.
Moving your workspace
- Click Move workspace and pick the destination.
- Tick the approval box. Moving requires a sign-in from the last 15 minutes, so you may be asked to sign in again first.
- Click Back up and move workspace.
A verified backup is taken first, changes briefly pause while the data moves, and the move is verified before the switch. The page shows the stages Checking, Backing up, Preparing, Moving, Verifying and Complete, with progress and the time of the last update. Cancel move is available during the early stages only. A workspace can move once every 24 hours.
If the page says region moves are not available, your workspace stays in its current home and nothing changes.
Suggestions
Where your workspace is used shows where your team and clients sign in from. When most recent activity is closer to another region, the page suggests it and you decide whether to move. Keep the current region to stop suggestions, Remind me later to snooze them, or Enable suggestions to turn them back on. Region history lists past moves.
