Setup
How to set up the ClickUp integration

Connect ClickUp
In your Simple Commenter dashboard, go to Project Settings > Integrations > ClickUp, click Connect to ClickUp, authorize the connection in the popup, and select the workspaces to grant access to.

Choose a destination
Pick your ClickUp workspace, a space within it, a folder (or Folderless for lists outside folders), and the list where tasks will land.

Choose a routing mode
Simple mode sends all feedback to one list. Advanced mode adds routing rules that send feedback to different lists based on priority, status, commenter role, tagged user, or page URL.

Set project or default scope
Configure ClickUp under a specific project's settings, or under Default Settings to apply it to all new projects automatically. Project-level settings always take priority.

Enable the integration
Turn on the toggle in the integration header. You can disable it at any time to pause syncing without disconnecting or losing your settings.
