- What if my tool is not listed?
- You can use our webhook integration to connect Simple Commenter with any tool that accepts incoming webhooks. We also add new integrations regularly based on user feedback.
- Can I use multiple integrations at the same time?
- Yes. You can connect multiple integrations to the same project. For example, send notifications to Slack while also creating tasks in Jira for every new comment.
- How do I set up an integration?
- Go to the Integrations page in your Simple Commenter dashboard, click Connect next to the integration you want, and follow the authorization steps. Most integrations take less than a minute to configure.
- Do integrations work with the Chrome extension?
- Yes. Feedback submitted through the Chrome extension triggers integrations the same way as feedback from the embedded widget. Your team receives notifications and tasks regardless of how the feedback was submitted.
