Setup
How to set up the Trello integration

Connect Trello
In your Simple Commenter dashboard, go to Project Settings > Integrations > Trello, click Connect to Trello, and authorize the connection in the popup.

Choose a routing mode
Simple mode sends all feedback to one board and list. Advanced mode uses routing rules to send feedback to different boards and lists based on conditions like priority, status, commenter role, or page URL.

Pick a board and list
In Simple mode, select a board from the dropdown, then pick a list. In Advanced mode, each rule sends matching feedback to its own board and list.

Set project defaults
Configure Trello under Default Settings to apply the same setup to all new projects automatically. Project-level settings always take priority over the defaults.

Enable the integration
Use the toggle in the header to turn the integration on. You can disable it at any time to pause syncing without disconnecting or losing your settings.
